All units are equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine. A few pods are available to welcome you.
Cleaning before and after your rental is included in the price. However, if you fail to return the property in a clean and tidy condition, you will be charged for the extra cleaning and maintenance hours.
During your stay, everything you need for a clean apartment is provided (cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, floor cleaner).

No. You can smoke outside, but it's strictly forbidden to smoke or vaporize inside your home, even if you're at the window.
No. Out of respect for the neighborhood, parties, events and gatherings are not permitted in the apartment.
Commercial filming and other professional uses are strictly prohibited on the property.
No. The total number of occupants must not exceed the number for which you have booked. It is therefore not possible for 5 people to stay in a 4-person apartment.
